Terms of use

These are the simple ground rules for using ReMind Agile. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What ReMind Agile is

A private reflection practice for Scrum Masters and other people who work with teams. It is an early project, and it will keep changing. It is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counselling.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16, and you need to give a real email address.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

What you write is yours

Your reflections belong to you. You allow us to store them and show them back to you, which is all we need to run the service. Our privacy policy explains how they are handled.

Please keep it respectful and careful

  • Don’t write names, company names or private details about other people. Say “a stakeholder” or “my team”.
  • Don’t use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack or disrupt the service.
  • Don’t try to reach other people’s accounts or data.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or close their account.

No promises about results

We work to keep ReMind Agile useful and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. It may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Please keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose; you can download your data from Settings at any time. The “insight” shown after a reflection is a prompt to think with, built from your own answers. It is not advice.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost opportunities that come from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. This doesn’t take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
